Syreetha MacDonald revolutionizes cleaning with Sanitize My Empire.

Introduce yourself to our audience. Please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?

Hi, My name is Syreetha MacDonald, owner of Sanitize My Empire. I was born and raised in The Netherlands and have been in GA since 2010.

I have always been that person to help, assist and lead others to become successful entrepreneurs, while I was working a “regular” job myself.

Often I would create myself a little ” side hustle” but never something full time. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, I was working in the airline industry, which I had been for 8+ years. With the industry on hold, I took the opportunity to finally create a full-time business plan. In August 2020 I registered my LLC and started offering Electrostatic Disinfection Services to Residential and Commercial buildings. I mostly used Social Media to get clients and placed flyers in different businesses with their consent. I had been approached many times for residential cleaning services, which I didn’t offer at the time. Early 2021 I decided to dive into cleaning services and did some research. I revamped my website and started hiring. Now I have a team of employees and independent contractors working on these cleaning accounts. I network and team up with other businesses to refer clients and receive referrals from other business owners.

What should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from others?

You should know that our team is SOLID, we all get along great, everyone is experienced and enjoys coming to work.

I know what clients are looking for, excellent customer service is always gonna be important.

What sets us apart from others is the convenience of booking online, seeing online pricing and availability. Our customers can log in to our portal, reschedule appointments, add payment information, leave comments, etc. While most cleaning companies you will have to wait for a callback to hear the price and availability. We also stand behind our quality of work, we will rectify any issues to the best of our abilities. Check out our 5-star rating on google.

What is “failure” and “success” for you?

There is no such thing as “failure” to me. If at first, you don’t succeed, you dust yourself off and try again (Aaliyah said it best).

Success for me is financial freedom and building generational wealth while helping others.

I enjoy leadership, I might not be the best frontline worker, but I know how to lead a team. I am very competitive when it comes to results, so I push my team to be their best.

What excites you right now?

The growth I am seeing in such a short time of being in business excites me to know I am moving in the right direction. I can’t wait to add some more awesome people to my team.
