Mitchell Sneed Encourages Those Who Show Up, To Show Out

Please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today? I come from very humble beginnings in the great city of Troy, Alabama. I began laying my blueprint  while I was incarcerated(I was incarcerated at the age of 17 with the sentence of Life w/the possibility of parole). I served 15 yrs. 6 months, 2week, 4 days, 46 min & 53 second. Lol. During that time, I began to put together what is now Suso Enterprises LLC.

Mitchell, what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from others? The name SUSO was given to me by my brother Christopher Foster. SUSO has two meanings, for my personal training business, Physiques By Suso, it means Show Up Show Out. For my mentoring program, Suso University Rites Of Passage Program, it means Showing Unity Saving Ourselves. My ability to adapt is what separates me from others. Being able weave wellness into everything that I do. The thing that separates me from others is my sincere love to see people become mentally, physically, emotionally & financially well. I believe the best resource one can have is Human Resources.

What is “failure” and “success” for you? I honest don’t believe in failure. What people call failure, I call them Lessons To Success. And success for me is making my family, friends & loved ones proud.

We’d love to hear more about your work. With Suso Enterprises LLC, it’s gives me the ability to open other businesses, subsidiaries, under that umbrella. Physiques By Suso is one my most popular businesses. It’s twofold…Mental & Physical. There’s no separating the two when it comes to ones overall wellness. I also recently wrote a book, Suso Proverbs: 28 Days Of Self Analyzation, Self Awareness & Self Correction. I have a few new projects I’m working on that I can’t wait to announce.

What excites you right now? I’m really excited to see Black people taking the necessary steps towards creating generational wealth & getting more in involved in our community. Even though it took people being publicly abused & murdered to awaken that spirit within us.

Yeap, we are in a pandemic, BUT what’s the best thing that has happened to you this year? This year has been life altering for all of us. However, the best thing that’s come out of this  pandemic for me was it gave me an opportunity to get closer to my family.
