This will be a day filled with Musical entertainment and attract music enthusiasts from across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee who enjoy partying with a purpose while celebrating the rich cultural heritage of different musical genres.

Currently as a one-day festival, it includes cultural celebrations, awareness and empowerment seminars with musical performances, and will include awards honoring citizens within the Central Alabama community. Additionally, this festival will assist to inspire public dialogue regarding obesity, diabetes, violence within the community and donate scholarship funds to deserving students.  Musical Acts will include some of the biggest names in entertainment, such as Keyshia Cole, Katy Perry, Carl Thomas, Chanté Moore, Doug E Fresh and local acts.

Performance Information
Sunday, September 6, 2015 – 2:00pm; Gates open at 12:30pm

THIS EVENT IS HELD RAIN OR SHINE.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.  In the event rain is in the forecast, patrons may bring regular-sized umbrellas and ponchos.

The following items are NOT permitted inside the venue:  
tents, grills, golf umbrellas, video recorders, outside food and/or beverage, bags larger than 12 x 12, pets (unless serving as an aid to disabled persons)

Platinum VIP Ticket
$100 Advance / $105 Day of Show; These tickets are in the VIP Table areas, directly behind the Ultimate VIP. Each ticket includes a reserved chair at a table, plus 1 meal ticket and 1 drink ticket. Tables seat eight (8) people. VIP area has bar, restrooms and food vendors specifically servicing VIP ticket holders.  One seat per ticket.Personal wait staff for food and cocktails and all the amenities of the VIP Table holder.Access to the Private Restrooms and Private Bar.VIP Table location for individual VIP ticket holders are randomly assigned and cannot be chosen.

Gold VIP Ticket
$80 Advance / $85 Day of Show; These tickets are in the VIP Table areas, directly behind the Ultimate VIP. Each ticket includes a reserved chair at a table. Tables seat eight (8) people. VIP area has bar, restrooms and food vendors specifically servicing VIP ticket holders.  One seat per ticket.

Personal wait staff for food and cocktails and all the amenities of the VIP Table holder.

Access to the Private Restrooms and Private Bar.

VIP Table location for individual VIP ticket holders are randomly assigned and cannot be chosen

Preferred Seats
$40 Advance / $45 Day of Show; Theater style reserved seating area directly behind the VIP area. Chairs will be provided but no table.  One seat per ticket.

General Admission Tickets
$25 Advance / $35 Day of Show; First-come, first-served.  May bring lawn chairs or stand room only is allowed.

Ultimate VIP Package
$1,010: This section is directly in front of the stage. Includes Luxury Sofa Set and eight (8) VIP Tickets. Access to the Private Restrooms and Private Bar.
VIP Table Package
$810: This package is for the VIP Table areas, directly behind the Ultimate VIP. Eight (8) VIP Tickets. Tables seat eight (8) people. VIP area has bar, restrooms and food vendors specifically servicing VIP ticket holders. Personal wait staff for food and cocktails and all the amenities of the VIP Table holder. inMontgomery Music Festival 2015 Food Vendor Application

Application Process: Please fill out the attached application as thoroughly as possible and send it in to us. Do NOT include payment. We will request payment once your application is approved. There will be NO REFUNDS after completed application is approved and payment is accepted.Beverage Policy: Vendors are NOT allowed to sell any beverages. Additionally, no alcoholic beverages may be sold from your booth at any time.Trash: Vendors are responsible for collecting and properly bagging trash within your sales location. We will direct you to where trash can be dumped at the end of the night.Electricity: All Food Trucks must be completely self contained and self-sufficient. You will NOT have access to any electrical outlets during the festival. You can bring your own small generator if necessary.Green Festival Guidelines apply to all of our events – inMontgomery Music Festival wants to do our part to have a positive environmental impact and as such, all participating vendors will be required to comply with our Green Vendor Policy.inMontgomery Music Festival has eliminated the use of Polystyrene (Styrofoam) cups and plates. Vendors are required to use disposables that are bio-based, paper, and recyclable. See examples of alternatives on these websites: www.worldcentric.org/bio/bagasse.htm & www.ecoproducts.com. We would like to see the use of non-bleached napkins, paper cups (without a plastic liner), wax cups, compostable corn-starch cups or #1, #2 & #5 plastic cups.We are suggesting these as options for you to help the environment, but you must comply with the “no styrofoam” rule.We will not process any application that does not include:• a photo of your booth (email to info@inMMGroup.com)

To accept liability for any damage caused by the operation of my booth, including the sale of all products or services occurring at such booth; and, I expressly relieve inMontgomery Music Festival and it’s owners of any liability that it may have by reason of operation of my booth.2. 5. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. inMontgomery Music Festival reserves the right to refuse booth space based on event guidelines. If these guidelines are not upheld, my booth will be closed immediately and my funds will not be refunded.

6. Food vendors may not exceed 5 staff. All Staff must wear the vendors company apparel.

Set up is from 10-11AM on Sunday. All booths must be completely manned and operational by 12:30PM. Vendors not on site and/or not completely set up by 12:30PM will be removed from site and will forfeit their payment. Booth space is limited to a single story, 10′ X 10′ square area, including all wires, weights, poles etc. inMontgomery Music Festival only provides ten feet of space that is open to the crowd. If you require additional space you must purchase and additional vending space. You are responsible for constructing, furnishing (table/tent/seating/cords,etc), lighting, maintaining and removing your own booth materials, leftovers and trash.You must have:
• A 10×10 or smaller tent, table with fabric covering and chairs.
• An attractive, professional, maintained appearance.
• A professional looking sign/banner – absolutely no handwritten signage.
• Ability to accept credit cards on site.
• Quality merchandise.
• Courteous and friendly personnel working your booth from 12:30pm-11pm
• Only 1 vendor per booth.The appearance and ambiance of your booth is critical to the overall atmosphere of the festival. We highly encourage imaginative booth designs, flags, banners, etc. and expect cleanliness and a safe, well-maintained area for all festival go-ers.If accepted, I agree:1. EVEN MORE INFORMATION

What type of Music will I hear?

There will be Live Music Stages and numerous DJ Stations. You will hear, Rock, Hip Hop, Electro, Reggae, Funk, Disco, House, Classics, Alternative Rock and Soul. 11 Hours of non-stop music.

Is this an Outdoor event?

Yes.  It’s a completely outdoor event, BUT covered from the elements of the weather. Taking place at the Train Shed by the River (Downtown Montgomery), there is definitely enough outdoor space to enjoy.

What time do the doors open?

12:30 PM.  Get there early!

Is inMontgomery Music Festival a party too?

YES! Between the performances, all the DJs turn it UP and let it RIP and inMontgomery Music Festival turns into a Party!

Why are tickets limited?

The Train Shed has limited Reserved Seating. They will SELL OUT. Get your tickets ASAP. Think of it like buying an airline ticket…The longer you wait, the more it will be.

What happens if it rains?

The festival happens rain or shine. Dress Light. There will be shaded areas.

Will there be food?

The Train Shed will have multiple concession stands located throughout the venue.  In addition, we’ll have some of Montgomery’s most popular local food trucks on site dishing out delicious food and dessert. Beverages, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served on the festival grounds and in the VIP areas.

If I can’t come, or it rains, or the artist lineup changes, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds. Festival is Rain or Shine. Artists and schedule subject to change.

Can I leave during the day and come back?

There is no re-entry during the festival. Come ready to party all day. Pace yourself. Your reserved seating ticket gets you a place to relax in comfort. Pit tickets get you access to the Lawn area to take a load off. We’ve got 10.5 hours of non-stop music over a massive space. Get your rest the night before. You’re gonna need it.

Can I bring my kids?

inMontgomery Music Festival is open to all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What if I need medical attention?

For those requiring medical assistance, there will be clearly marked medical tents available on site. Anyone bringing medication or a syringe for medical purposes will need to show your medication, prescription and a photo ID.

How can I get cash on site?

There will be a number of ATMs onsite.
